hi....if you want to join soon then you can join
1. ramakrishna hosp-coimbatore(even no need of provisional,only fmge passing certif is enough,you have to pay 30,000 rs n yll b paid 10,000 rs per mon.
2.,madurai meenachi mission.(no money to pay n no stypend will be given,but accmdation s free
3.pondy indhragandhi gh-(well u can see its govn n you can learn a lot,free to join n 5000 rs stypend.problem is no community medicine over there.1st you have to do that from outside n then only you can join)
WHERE CAN YOU DO COMMUNITY MEDICINE?
A.OMAYAL ACHI COM CENTRE -ARRAKAMBAKAM,THIRUVALLUVAR(only 2 interns r allowed for 2 month)
B.APPOLO HOSP.GREAMS LANE-CHENNAI(only if you have influence you can get soon,else they will call lately,in my case they calld me in 40 days)
C.JIPMER-PONDY(you have to take noc from pondy gh n they will call in max 40 days-my frnd was calld in 1 weak)
D.TRICHI CHILD JESUS,ESI AYANAVARAW,ST.JOSEPH DINDUGUL-----------ARE WASTE OF TRYING

THIS is what i found from tamilnadu,if you wanna join kmc,mmc,stanley then min of 2 month n a bit lot of thingssssssss like 65,000 rs

1. For government colleges,

Once you get your MCI provisional registration number, you need to collect the following and submit it to MGR medical university.

[The money involved as far as i know now (i have just cleared MCI yet to join internship) is
1. MGR university - Rs.40,000 for no objection certificate + Rs.3000 as challan.

[Rs.40,000 is only for Govt hospitals, specifically to those under MGR university. One house surgeon, is doing his internship in Perambur railway hospital. He said, he needed a high level of influence, like for example, the southern railway head officer or something like that to get internship chance there. If you do have good influence, go ahead and try! Other dude is in malar fortis. Don't know if any fees like rs.40000 was involved.]

2. No objection Certificate from the dean of the Hospital where we want to perform CRRI (compulsory Rotatory Internship)
Rs. 10,000 approximately.
Recently  this is not needed anymore    ( i didn't pay Rs.10,000)

3. Day you join the hospital for Internship ~ Rs. 20000 for the hospital [hospital development fund :-)  (ya right!)

4. Rs.2000 for state medical council.  (Rs.1000 for provisional and Rs.2000 for Permanent)

TOTAL AMOUNT I PAID FOR internship :-  Rs.65000 + - 2000
]

Hello friends,
Today i have obtained all my originals back and three No objectioncertificate copies.
1. One fore DME
2. One for the proposed hospital where i wanted to start CRRI (KMC in my case)
3. One is our own copy

The usual duration that they normally take for giving certificates is one week (lesser if you know someone inside! although this is a universal tip for anywhere in India!).
You have to pay Rs.40,000/- 
you will have a challan copy , but no break up as to why it cost them Rs.40000/- 

Next step :- DME office!

This is a letter sent to a china student.

Final thing i wish to say :- You can do internship, in MCI recognized hospitals in india  or abroad ( only downside - mci delay for verification of these documents)

With reference to your e-mail dated 07.05.2009, on the subject noted above, this is to inform you that if a candidate after completion of final MBBS from medical college in China complete his one year internship training there only, he can be considered for grant of permanent registration u/s 13(3) of the IMC Act, 1956, after passing the Screening Test conducted by the NationalBoard of Examination, New Delhi, provided he meets the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Council in its regulations on Graduate Medical Education, 1997.

I just want to clarify for Internship outside India and post of that of sam sam that it should be from within same university where you have completed your graduation. As such there is no such rule but as per guide line of MCI that internship should be within same university (or say same medical college) of your graduation (weather within India or outside India). You can do internship in any well known hospital(preferably teaching hospital attached with medical college / university) in standardized rotational area. Your internship completion certificate from respective hospital should have attestation from Indian Mission (consulate or embassy) and then Ministry of external affairs MEA ). I Know girl finished graduation from Ukraine, passed NBE, obtained prov. registration from MCI and completed internship in U.A.E. with duly attestation of his internship completion certificate from Consulate general of India, Dubai. She got her permanent MCI too. No doubt, it took more than three month to receive from MCI.
