    bro,i hav doubts in AIPGMEE 2011 questions i.e,

    1)most common cause of SUPERIOR VENACAVA SYNDRROME is...............

    2among the options provided ..........passes through jugular foramen

    you have written two answers for SVC SYNDROME i.e, snall cell carcinoma and non small cell lung carcinoma.please clarrify my doubts.thanks a lot for doing great job..........

    @anonymous:- Are you refering to the paper of microbiology and forensic medicine in the new papers section?
    Doctor, some of the answers are in my class notes, hence i did not mark them. I have joined internship and am little bit busy. Let me know which paper and i`ll try to tell you the answers.

    @ anonymous:- haha , i know dude. I tried FSM micro. I`m pretty good at FSM , medicine. But micro took a long time. i was reading up some interesting stuff from Manson's tropical medicine.I know it's of no use to you. but i had done like 20 questions. I`ll upload them.

    @anonymous1:- Lol, i can get your frustration. You will understand if you join internship in a very good government college. My timings are morning 7.30Am to 1.30 Pm OP, 2Pm to 10 Pm casualty plus emergency ward. Tell me when should i make time to look up the answers? i scanned my coaching class papers dude. What confusion did i create? Do not use me to vent out your exam tension dude. If you want some answer to some question post it specifically it will be easy to answer 1 question or few questions rather than papers. Anyways all the best for your preparation. Dont get nervous. (I know you are angry and stimulated reading this; trust me i didn't intend to hurt you by saying this.You are going to undergo internship ( maybe if you haven't already finished) the you too will know. Why dont you help me and others by answering them? Why don't you scan and send me some papers. I would thank you, thousands of others will thank you!))

    @anonymous2:- off-course doctor, Revising old papers is an essential part of the preparation since questions get repeated in some way. Few concepts get repeated, for example Zinc deficiency. They will ask the same thing in different ways.

    @anonymous1:- I am also adapting to the new environment and stress , and its not easy.In internship, i`ve been asked to do so many things - Ascitic tap, pleural tap, Lumbar puncture,all venflons, femoral punctures, collecting blood samples for everything WIDAL, MSAT, Malaria QBC, Blood transfusions, IgM dengue. Do you know how difficult Indian people are? they will remove their venflon complaining that it is paining, then you have to do it again. You have to answer to PG's, unit chiefs etc. Ryles tube and Catheterization. Do you know if they tell you, give this patient 25 units Insulin in 100 ml/hr , what does it mean? did you know Diazepam needs to be diluted and the amount of dilution necessary? can you do peritoneal dialysis/ and stay awake whole night calculation input/output chart? and seeing patient go into dialysis dementia syndrome? have u tried intubation? Well if you have done all this in your internship and just waiting to clear MCI, then your anger is justified. If you have , you will understand what i am going through.

    They will only let your result out 1 or 2 days after the last day for submission of remaining documnets.
    For Eg:- I wrote my exam on march 27th,
    I got my result on april10th, whereas everyone else got it sooner.April 7th was the last day for submission of my degree. So they waited 2 days after that to declare my result.

    @anonymous:- the 2011 march paper... is present in my blog. all you have to do is search for it. I`m trying to get the sept 2011 paper. But so far, all the people who wrote it, none have put up the questions. I~ll ty to ask some one else. I`m constantly trying. But i think it will be nearly a month, when the coaching center would somehow get hold of the questions and then i would get hold of it and update it here.

    1.. AIPG papers mudhit khanna 94-2004 wid xplanation...complete it in 20days ...try to do 150question in a day ...
    2. KAMAL kv ..it will take around 10dayss....
    3. do final punch it will tak around 10 days...
    4... thn do AIPG papers muhdit khanna 2005-2011 ..dont go for xplanation just try to memorize objective..it will tk around 10days ..

    sooo together it will tk around 50days to complete evrything today itself its 29th nov....dnt think tht u hv xm on 25th march ..set ur mind tht u hav ur mci xm on 25th jan n u hav bloddy 2months to crack it .... nw go through wht i told u ..
    .after completing it once ...in remaining 2months u cn go through the same syllabus for more thn 5tymess...so in the xm hall u can nt feel lyk the xm ..bcz u hv almost completed more thn 7revision itself b4 xm ...

    According to me MCI Screening Test is World's simplest Exam.

    just believe yourself that you have everything inside you to crack this simple exam

    Set your mind that you WILL SURELY get 150marks whenever you get the chance to write thE exam ..

    National Board Of Education [NBE] want us to pass this exam .

    No need to study evrything just try to study BASIC OF MEDICINE..

    No need to stdy Harrison Or Bailey and Love..

    They just want to know wheather you have your basics clear or not .

    Please do Smart work ..
    Bcz even though you studied evrything once you are der in d xam hall ...
    a very simple question will seems to be a very difficult one for you..

    And Remember one more thing Luck factor is also have a great value in MCI exm ..
    Some time a lot of studious can't make it bcz they dont have that Luck thing wid them ..
    and If you want that luck factor inside you ..start praying to god

    Everyday if you r giving 10 or 11hours to your study

    Try to giv ur 10mins to allmighty GOD bcz Ultimately he will decide who will make it ..
    No matter how hard you study , no matter how much yuh know .. when the day come you have to show yourself ..

    THE JUDGEMENT DAY - 5 hour's .. 300min's .. 300question's..

    Hi, I am a foreign medical student, doing my 2nd year. I would like to get advice from the people who have passed their exam and also from those who are currently preparing for upcoming exam.
    I don't have any idea about the classic preparation method for fmge exam. @ Drbkid I read your blog and its quite helpful.
    Well I guess you updated years back regarding the material and stuff. I understand your busy schedule being in medical field, will you be able to give me a reply for preparation from grass root level.
    Also will you be able to share some free download links where I can grab books that I will have to go through.. Sorry for posting million questions at a time. Just need proper guidance. I don't want to be in a situation of "Jack of all and master of none" ;-)

    I am in my 5th year of mbbs in china and I want to attempt fmge this June. But my university may not provide the provisional and even if it provides it will be mentioned that our course will be finished by June end i.e after the exam! And in reality we have already completed our theory exams. What to do? Is there any duration criteria to attempt fmge?

    For MCI Eligebility Certificate .....
    1-OBC certificate in Hindi is valid or not and
    2-OBC Certificate must be new (within 6 month ) or 4 year old Certificate is also valid .
