Dear friends,
After you have received your original MCI provisional certificate, apply immediately for Tamil Nadu state medical council for local registration number. Take the originals and xerox copy of the following documents.
1. University degree & transcript.
2. No objection certificate from your college, migration certificate.
3. MCI provisional registration certificate, NBE pass certificate, eligibility certificate.
4. School documents :- tenth, eleventh, twelfth standard mark sheets.
5. Birth certificate.
1 copy each, take original. They will verify the originals and give them back to you. Go early in the morning, then you will receive your temporary registration certificate by evening 3.30 pm.
Then, take attested copies of the above documents, along with conduct certificates(if present) and passport copy .
You need to have 3 copies, 1 for the college , 1 for the DME, and last one just for safety sake.
Attest all your documents.Then write a Requisition letter to apply for CRRI ( stands for compulsory rotatory internship) addresed to the dean of any of the recognized college. No need to pay money Rs.10,500 at that time. When NOC ( stands for no objection certificate) is obtained, visit Saidapet court and apply for affidavit.
